The aroma is rich and full-bodied, typical of Yamahai yeast starter. It has a refreshing and milky aroma reminiscent of cream cheese, with a hint of sweet fruity aroma like banana.

When you put it in your mouth, a refined sweetness and umami flavor spreads, and the acidity gives the taste richness and strength.
The aftertaste is soft and smooth, and the aftertaste fades away smoothly.

The ideal drinking temperature (although it depends on your preference) is around 15-20℃. This is where you can best enjoy the rich aroma and flavor that is unique to Tsurunosato. Also, because it has been aged to the right degree, it can be enjoyed warm at around 40℃.
