Normally, "Kaze no Mori" is brewed only with yeast No. 7, but this is the first time it has been brewed with "Kanazawa yeast," a representative yeast of Ishikawa Prefecture. The collaboration version is "super hard water, unpasteurized sake."

  • This sake is brewed in collaboration with Abunaga Shuzo, the brewer of "Kaze no Mori" in Nara Prefecture.
    There are two types available: "Shiragiku Original Version" and "Kaze no Mori Collaboration Version." Both types of sake are made using Yamada Nishiki rice that escaped the disaster.
