This year's Summer Junmai Oryzae is a gentle Junmai sake with a refreshing mouthfeel, dry crispness, and lively acidity that will whet your appetite and help soothe your summer fatigue.

It has a cleaner, drier taste than last year. * Oryzae is Japan's national fungus. It is the koji mold used to brew sake.

The name was chosen to honor the mysterious power that transforms rice (grain) into glucose (fruit).
