We do not accept exchanges or returns of products. We take great care when shipping products, but in the unlikely event that a defective product is damaged or the product you receive is different from the order, we will only accept exchanges or returns. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will exchange or return it.
In addition, we will cover the shipping costs required to return and resend the product.
